Hi, I’m Courtney Jung
LMHC, PhD Candidate

Throughout her time in the mental health field, Courtney has developed a deep love for working with highly sensitive/high empathy people. She also has a great deal of experience working with women and girls with ADHD, individuals with gifted and “2e” minds, survivors of complex trauma and narcissistic abuse, and artists and creators of all kinds. She has worked with a wide array of clientele in private practice, and was also granted an award of excellence for her work as a creative arts therapist for homeless and foster youth in Los Angeles; a population that will always have a piece of her heart.

Her signature approach to healing, the Soul Surge Session; combines somatic therapy with EMDR and coherence meditation to create a powerful, unique experience that is designed to empower the individual from past relational wounds and enliven the authentic self.

Courtney completed her PhD coursework in 2020, and hopes to bring her doctorate to completion in the near future. Her dissertation will be geared specifically towards helping highly sensitive people and empaths thrive in today’s world. Outside of work, she can be Found enjoying Florida’s beaches and nature trails, laughing with loved ones, keeping active in dance and Pilates classes, singing, making art, and adding to herinfinite collection of glitter and leopard print items.
